Billy is an accomplished former CEO and licensed attorney in the state of California which enables him to successfully navigate his client through the legal intricacies of the real estate transaction as well as invoke a strong negotiating background to ensure that his clients receive the optimum terms in the transaction. In addition, Billy holds an MBA degree which gives him a strong financial background to analyze market conditions, investment opportunities and macro and micro economic trends.
Having lived on the Peninsula for the past 30 years, Billy has an intimate knowledge of the real estate history, trends and cycles that have influenced the unique Bay Area real estate market over the past three decades. Billy enjoys the community with his wife, two daughters and son.

Mary’s unique professional experience has enabled her to develop a broad range of relationships throughout the local community. She earned a BA from Santa Clara University, then worked as an elementary school teacher in Santa Clara Unified School District. She went on to pursue a Masters in Educational Administration, applying her skills both as the principal of St. Nicholas School in Los Altos Hills and then as the founding administrator for a simulation-based training program for pediatric and obstetric medicine at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. Prior to joining the McNair Group, she developed extensive experience as a real estate marketing copywriter, advertising for a wide array of agents and properties throughout the Bay Area.
As a parent and former educator, Mary is keenly aware of the essential role that schools and school systems play in the home buying process. With a passion for interior staging and design, she also thoroughly enjoys the aesthetic aspect of preparing homes to go to market. Throughout her time with the McNair Group, she has developed competitive market knowledge and diverse transactional experience centered on attentively meeting individual client needs.
Mary and her husband have four children who keep them actively involved in the community through their academic, athletic, social and volunteer activities. |
