Jessica brings the sophistication, style, and attention to detail that served her so well during her 15 years as senior events manager to Oracle's CEO, Larry Ellison.  While working at Oracle, Jessica traveled the world running CEO roundtables, speaker series and overseeing major events involving some of technology’s most well-known leaders.  Her exceptional management style combines creativity, strong negotiation skills and project management expertise.  What really sets Jessica apart is her kindness and deep desire to find a solution that works for everyone.

A lifelong resident of the mid-Peninsula, Jessica has strong professional and personal relationships spanning Hillsborough to Palo Alto. She and her husband, Louis, their three kids and yellow lab live in Menlo Park, where they enjoy the fabulous academic and extracurricular opportunities that the Menlo Park School District provides.  Jessica's personal passion for decorating homes with a natural elegance, coupled with great listening skills and genuine interest in the business, make her the perfect complement to the McNair Group.
