Julie joined McNair Group as an Associate in 2009.  Prior to entering the field of real estate, Julie was an advertising executive with Halleck.  Julie’s advertising and marketing background, coupled with her commitment to client service that she developed as an executive personal assistant, are key components of her success in real estate.  Julie attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where she received a B.A. in Sociology.

Julie was born and raised in the mid-Peninsula and attended Menlo-Atherton high school.  She continues to be involved in the local community through her children’s schools and social organizations.

Shannon joined McNair Group in 2004 assisting with sales and escrow management.  Prior to entering the field of real estate as a licensed agent, Shannon spent seven years in the health services industry. Shannon holds a B.A. from the University of San Diego and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.

Shannon and her husband, a fire captain with the San Jose Fire Department, have three children. Shannon enjoys interior and garden staging as well as gardening, cooking and entertaining.
